To secure your appointment, a VALID credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. However, rest assured that your card will NOT be charged until the day of your scheduled appointment. In my studio, I strive to maintain a positive and respectful environment. I believe in treating everyone with kindness and consideration. Therefore, please be advised that any rude, demanding or disrespectful behavior towards me will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits such behavior. •D E P O S I T• A deposit is required to request an appointment for all chemical services and any formal styling. **Please note that there are no refunds on your deposit under any circumstances, including disagreement with the final quote/pricing. If you’d like a quote, please schedule a consultation before booking to avoid a loss of deposit** The remainder is due at your scheduled appointment. Deposit is only transferable if you give at least 72 hour notice to reschedule. If you are a no show or more than 10 mins late to your appointment, I have the right to keep your deposit for the time reserved for you. •R E F U N D• No refunds available on ALL SERVICES AND DEPOSITS. I understand that sometimes things happen and you can’t make it. I respectfully request a 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. I will charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
